when the kettle is cold . . .

This morning’s tea makes yesterday distant . . .

 

The KettleThis abandoned Irish farmhouse estate discovered me while I was exploring the vanishing light of Western Ireland. Although the hearth has no long grown cold, the kettle remains, still the vessel it was meant to be.
