It was brought to my attention that I haven’t used WordPress in several years. Looking back on it now, I find WordPress somewhat tedious and not very intuitive to manage so I am kicking it to the curb as it is one less non-reality thought in my life.
My website, davidleeblack.com, Facebook, Instagram and other sites living on the web should suffice so please say hello there.
In the meantime, here is a picture of my boot at Two Trees, Mount Pollusk, Amherst, MA:
All the best,
“Don’t forget either, you unhappy man, that voluntary confinement is a great deal harder to bear than compulsory.”
“He was no god, just an artist; and when an artist is a man, he needs a woman to create like a god.”
“The restless adventurer within me stands eye-to-eye with the fear that has stepped directly in my path. And the thing I absolutely must not do is to blink first.”

“The Moth don’t care when he sees The Flame.
He might get burned, but he’s in the game.
And once he’s in, he can’t go back, he’ll
Beat his wings ’til he burns them black…
No, The Moth don’t care when he sees The Flame. . .
The Moth don’t care if The Flame is real,
‘Cause Flame and Moth got a sweetheart deal.
And nothing fuels a good flirtation,
Like Need and Anger and Desperation…
No, The Moth don’t care if The Flame is real. . . ”
The first problem of living is to minimize friction with the crowds that surround you on all sides.”
